Tracy has been the owner of Iron River Construction since its inception in 2000. She has handled all aspects of the business; from design and site preparation to subcontractor bidding, selection and scheduling. Tracy is a licensed contractor, a licensed insurance adjuster, and a certified roof inspector. She has five children, ranging from 16 to 25 years old. Tracy has been a member of CAM since 2009, sitting on the voting board since 2015 and has been Board President since 2018.

Jimmy has been in the roofing business since 1987. He owns All American Restoration, LLC with his Wife Cathy and they are parents of 3 children, 9 year old twins and a 25 year old son. Jimmy played Pro Softball for over 20yrs and was inducted into the Hall of Fame 2006. He has also been awarded for his work in the industry as well, GAF President’s Club for Master Elite Contractors, The Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Ethics, Angie’s List Super Service Award and The Sun Post Readers’ Choice Award voted on by residents of the Brooklyn Park-Brooklyn Center- Robbinsdale areas.
Owner of Timberline Roofing in White Bear Lake since 1998. Born and raised in Spamtown USA. Gordy is the father of two great kids, an 11 year old daughter and a 9 year old son. 1998 was a great year for Minnesota roofers and Gordy learned how to knock doors and sell cedar shake from the experts in those early years. Now, 22 years later he’s still in the roofing business as a successful owner.
Steve is a managing partner at Rocket Renovation LLC. He began his career in 1983 working on a residential re-roofing crew in Minneapolis. Over the next few decades, he gained experience in every aspect of home renovations including framing, siding, window installations, masonry and in finish carpentry. In 2006 he started selling for a residential contractor and began his career working the back end of the industry. Steve was a member of CAM(MNAES) in 2010 and in 2022 became a voting board member.
Steve lives in Waconia with his wife Candice. He is the father of 3 children and one grandson. He loves staying fit, playing guitar, golfing, and playing scrabble

Nick is the General Manager of WeatherTek Exteriors and has 15 years of experience in storm restoration, working his way up from Door to Door Canvasser to General Manager. Nick has experienced almost every storm loss in his career, including Wind, Hail, Water, and Hurricane. Throughout his career he has became proficient in Project Management and Insurance estimating and was a lead insurance estimator for a large nationwide construction firm. Nick firmly believes determination is the driving force behind his advancements through our industry and enjoys time with his wife Melissa, traveling, golf, cooking and movies on the couch in his spare time.
