Tracy has been alicensed contractor since 2000. She has handled all aspects of the business through the years; from carpentry, sales, design, and project management. Between her and her husband, Dave, they are delighted to have eight children and three grandchildren. They can often be found enjoying time in and on lakes, rivers, and oceans. She has been a member of CAM since 2009, sitting on the voting board since 2015 and has been Board President since 2018.

Jimmy has been in the roofing business since 1987. He owns All American Restoration, LLC with his Wife Cathy and they are parents of 3 children, 9 year old twins and a 25 year old son. Jimmy played Pro Softball for over 20yrs and was inducted into the Hall of Fame 2006. He has also been awarded for his work in the industry as well, GAF President’s Club for Master Elite Contractors, The Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Ethics, Angie’s List Super Service Award and The Sun Post Readers’ Choice Award voted on by residents of the Brooklyn Park-Brooklyn Center- Robbinsdale areas.

As a second-generation owner of a family-operated business, Lisa brings a lifetime of hands-on experience and a commitment to excellence in the construction industry. Lisa began her career carrying buckets of hot tar from the kettle for her father, gaining firsthand knowledge of the work and dedication required in the field. Over the years, she has worked in all aspects of the organization, from field operations to business management, giving her a deep and well-rounded understanding of the industry.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and leads a company specializing in commercial roofing and residential exterior remodeling. Passionate about sustainable practices, Lisa’s company champions eco-friendly innovations like impact-resistant shingles made from recycled materials.

A dedicated advocate for the industry, Lisa contributes strategic insights, industry expertise, and a focus on growth to the board, fostering collaboration and progress for all members of the Contractors Association of Minnesota.

Matt Hardinger is Director of Business Development for Connell’s Custom Exteriors and Maintenance Masters, with over 25 years of experience in construction and distribution. He partners with property managers and boards in the HOA market, providing inspections, maintenance, capex projects and insurance restoration. Matt also serves on the Board of Directors for the Community Associations Institute (CAI), where he collaborates with management companies and other service providers, advocating for best practices and industry standards.
