Todd has been with CAM since its inception in 2009, volunteering for 6 years until becoming the Executive Director of CAM in 2014. Todd has been in the building industry since 1996 and is currently working for MacArthur Company as an Outside Sales Representative based out of the Ramsey, MN location.

Donovan Hurd represents CAM before the Minnesota Legislature, state agencies and local units of government. A former legislative assistant and administrator in the Minnesota State Senate, Donovan helps clients navigate challenges and identify opportunities emerging from government processes and regulations.

Prior to joining Faegre Drinker Consulting, Donovan held a number of positions within the Minnesota State Senate, including a three-year stint as a leadership assistant and administrator in the Senate Tax Committee. In addition to his Tax Committee experience, Donovan held positions with the Environment and Natural Resources Committee and the Judiciary Budget Committee.

Nicole has been volunteering on the Advisory Board with CAM since 2014 and is currently sitting as Chair of the Events Committee. Nicole works for GAF Materials as a Territory Manager in the Twin Cities market and has been in the building industry since 1999.

Tim is a Partner at Smith Jadin Johnson, PLLC and has been part of CAM since 2016. His main practice is focused on construction and insurance law. Tim represents several construction firms in their day-to-day businesses and property owners in disputes with their insurance companies. Tim is a valuable asset to CAM and its members and non-members alike as he advises the board on many issues.

Michele began her career in the construction and restoration industry in 2017, driven by a passion for exceptional customer service and delivering a positive client experience. Known for her expertise in building codes, she identified missing revenue on storm-related insurance claims and built a supplement division from the ground up, growing it into a $10 million operation. Her ability to translate complex code requirements into clear, defensible outcomes quickly established her as a trusted industry leader.
Currently the General Manager at Clear Choice Restoration, Michele focuses on building strong teams, improving operational efficiency, and elevating the customer experience. She is also a driving force behind the Contractor Labor Advocacy Committee, where she works to address workforce disruption, immigration complexity, and regulatory gaps impacting the construction industry—grounded in the belief that a stable workforce is both an economic and infrastructure imperative.

Jim have been volunteering on the CAMN advisory board since 2024, and currently is the point person for all educational events.. “Always Be Learning” Jim has been in the exterior business since 1992 and is a Senior Territory Manager for Certainteed Exterior Products in the Twin Cities Market.

Todd Mutchler with Master Key Claim Services has over 25 years experience in the Insurance Claims Industry. Starting out in 1996 as an Insurance Company Adjuster, he has held positions as a Senior Homeowners Adjuster, Senior Commercial Adjuster, Catastrophe Claims Supervisor and Large Loss Manager. For the last 5 years, he has represented Homeowners and Business Owners as a Public Adjuster. Veteran owned and operated.
