CAM is partnering with Estimate Mastery to hold our first ever Xactimate CERTIFICATION Class!
This year, in addition to offering our popular Intermediate Xactimate Mastery Training Class like last season, we will also be offering a Level 1 Certification Class to give you even more industry credibility! Contractors have found that getting Certified as a user in Xactimate has helped with the discussion of estimates with adjusters. The Certification status holds authority with adjusters in the property insurance industry as 98% of adjusters are NOT Certified as users in Xactimate! Contractors who have become Certified have reported back that they had an easier time with the back and forth with adjusters as well as getting to speak to the right type of adjuster at the insurance company.
Learn skills to pass the Certification Exam at the end of the class – April 10th & 11th
- Understanding the 4-step estimating process in Xactimate
- An overview of Xactimate Sketch windows and use the Sketch workspace and Sketching an interior and roof Sketch
- How to add line items and use Sketch workspace dimensions for the interior/roof to fill the quantities in the estimate
- What line items include and exclude – the key to making sure you’re adding the right items to the estimate
- How to quickly find the line items you need and stop wasting time building estimates
- How to add O&P, a company header and opening statement to make sure your estimate looks professional
- What reports you should be running to turn your estimate in to the insurance company or for a customer meeting
NOTE: Verisk requires personal payment of $85 direct to them to get a copy of the Certification Exam.
